If you’ve been following along with my weekly posts, you know why this blog is longggg overdue for me. For those of you who are new here or simply just need a refresher, I LIVE for a good white t-shirt… hence the name of my blog. I think a little white tee is the most perfectly versatile piece of clothing you can have in your wardrobe. Hands down, no questions asked. Not only are they comfy, but they can be dressed up or down and are just such a classic staple. As a lover of all things fashion, a basic little white tee will forever be the piece I revert back to and am most comfortable in. 

 

I wholeheartedly believe it’s crucial to have at least one white tee in your closet, however this is on the scare side. If you ask me, I think you need multiple tees as different cuts, lengths, and textures serve for completely different looks. An oversized white tee is completely different from a ribbed white tee, which is different from a box-cut white tee, which is different from a crew neck white tee. All of these white tees are equally as fantastic but defs give off a totally different vibe. No matter what your style or look may be, a white tee can and should have a small space in your closet. 

Here are some of my fav little white tees that I wear constantly and highly, highly recommend!

A white tee goes with just about any outfit imaginable and almost works as your base layer when creating a look. You can pair it with a blazer and trousers for work, a mini skirt and loafers for brunch, a dress and heels for a date, and of course, the most classic of them all… jeans and sneakers for just about any occasion. The cool thing about a white tee is that it’s plain enough that you could wear it everyday of the week and just style it differently and no one is going to know. OR alternatively, my personal fav way to style it being just on its own. I mean… can we get a slow clap for that versatility or what? 👏👏👏

 

Like other well-worn staples pieces in your wardrobe, a little white tee is worth investing in. As much as I love stores like Zara and H&M, I suggest spending a little bit more $$ for a better product that will wash better and therefore last you much longer. A better bang for your buck! There’s nothing worse than having to keep rebuying items that you wear consistently and religiously. 

 

With Spring in the air and Summer just around the corner, there really is no better time to add this perfection of a staple to your lineup. I can’t wait to see how all you beautiful people style your little white tees!
