TIS THE SEASON! 🎄 My first gift guide for the holidays – how exciting? I decided to start with my gift guide for him for a couple reasons: 1) I usually always start with gifts for her because who run the world??, and 2) I have to buy for SO many guys in my family that I selfishly wanted to start brainstorming and sourcing for my holiday shopping (dad, x 3 brothers, bf, bf’s dad, bf’s x 3 brothers, and a nephew to be exact).

It can be super hard to find the perfect gift for the men in your life. I don’t know about you, but I’m so passionate about gift giving that I want whoever the gift receiver is to not just like their gift, but LOVE it. I seriously get a high off watching people open gifts. I’m the one sitting there with a bigger smile on my face than the gift receiver… I’m weird, I know. Now, of course you can always take the safe route and get him a pair of socks but it’s way more fun to find a unique gift that will get him pumped up.

Some advice I can give you, having shopped for men my whole life – before you start your shopping, sit and really think what type of a person he is and what he may need and/or would really want. Remember, men are different then women. For example, they don’t understand that having more than one flannel shirt is a GOOD thing. Men typically like what they like and don’t venture too far off from that. I’m not speaking on behalf of all men, but it seems that the men in my life kind of work this way. I have made the mistake of buying things that I think are cool or what I think they should wear in the past and sure they may like it, but it’s just not as impactful as a gift.
