Alright friends, Valentine’s Day is just around the corner! And the big question is… what are you getting your man? This is the question I’m challenged with each and every Valentine’s Day and usually one I push to the absolute last minute (sorry babe). It’s one of those holidays where you want to get something sentimental and special yet also something they will appreciate and use. I find it challenging to buy for men any time of the year, but when a romantic/sentimental component is involved it becomes even more of a challenge. Mostly because we all know that some men (not all) don’t fully appreciate the sentiment behind Valentine’s Day…. at least mine doesn’t. 🙄 Just write me a nice, heart-felt card and I’m happy!!

Like everything else this year, Valentine’s Day will be different from years past because of the pandemic. No romantic dinner night out, no movie theatre date, no weekend getaways. Those have always kind of been my go-tos or fallbacks if I can’t come up with a physical gift to get – an experience. This year will have to be more of a physical gift, which isn’t always a bad thing to switch it up. But what it translates to is that the pressure is on!
